We acted as mediators in a dispute between a school and a parent and child. The child had been exposed to bullying in school. The relationship between the parent and the school had deteriorated over a period of time.

The managed move was successfully completed to another school. The agreement highlighted the importance of getting the child back into education and eradicated the parent’s anxieties about the child’s safety and wellbeing. |
