The issue
​This three-way veterinary partnership required mediation following the breakdown of their relationship. Two of the partners wished to continue with the partnership without the involvement of the third. ​
​
However, the third partner had no desire to leave the partnership as he believed that he still had a significant role to play and had several concerns about the future financing of the partnership. There were also counter allegations of bullying, allegations of procedural irregularities, and concern for costs if the matter proceeded to court. 

Mediation outcome
Mediation resulted in a final settlement where progressive discussions and decisions were made with a follow up session after 12 weeks.
